Q: Where are you located?

A: See Directions / Map.

Q: What type of space do you lease?

A: Office, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, & automobile, motorcylce, and boat storage space.

Q: How much does space cost?

A: Cost of space depends if the space is rented as is or with improvements. Please call for an appointment to view our space and receive a proposal.

Q: As a tenant, what type of access do I have?

A:All tenants have 24 hour, 7 day a week unlimited access.

Q: What type of security does the building have?

A: The building is locked during non-business hours. There are no common area alarms. All tenants are to obtain their own security for their leased space.

Q: What are the business hours for the building?

A: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes. Free, well-lit parking spaces are available on site.

Q: Are there any Common Area Maintenance charges?

A: No. All Common Area Maintenance is Great Arrow's responsibility, as well as, all costs involved.

Q: Does Great Arrow supply services to its tenants?

A: Yes. We provide maintenance, forklift and administrative services to all tenants for a minimal fee.

Q: If I, as a tenant, had an emergency situation, how fast would Great Arrow respond?

A: Great Arrow's management office is located onsite. Our services are available almost immediately during business hours. After hours, we have staff on call within 15 minutes of the facility.

Q: What are your receiving/shipping hours?

A: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (closed between 12:00 PM noon – 1:00 PM)

Q: Do you require appointments for deliveries?

A: Yes. In making appointments we can best service you in a timely fashion.

Q: Do you accept hazardous material?

A: No. We will store products that are non hazordous. Great Arrow will review all MSDS sheet(s) for the material in question.

Q: Can you ship anywhere in the United States and Canada?

A: Yes. We work closely with local and national carriers and can ship freight to any location. We also provide competitive pricing from all carriers.

Q: What if I have a package I need to send overnight? Can it be tracked?

A: Yes. We have online shipping services with UPS and FedEx. A tracking number is provided and can be forwarded directly to the customer.

Q: Can I send you orders via email?

A: Yes. Our email address is: secretary2@greatarrow.net

Q: How am I invoiced when product comes in?

A: When product is received an invoice is sent for storage and handling (in/out).

Q: What if product comes in during the middle of the month, do I still have to pay storage for a full month?

A: No. if product is received on the 15th of the month or later, a 1/2 months storage rate would apply plus handling (in/out).

Q: Do you have heated space for products that need to be kept from freezing?

A: Yes.
